Butterfly Referral Program Agreement

1 — Introduction

This Butterfly Referral Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Think Pink Connections, LLC ("Company") and you, the participating Mary Kay^® Independent Beauty Consultant ("Member"). This Agreement governs your participation in the Think Pink Connections Butterfly Referral Program ("Program").

By checking the acceptance box in your Think Pink Connections dashboard and clicking "Activate," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is separate from and in addition to the Think Pink Connections Terms of Service.

2 — Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of activation and on an ongoing basis:

• Hold any Mary Kay^® IBC title BELOW Director level. Directors and above are not eligible for this program — see the Director Referral Program instead.
• Be subscribed to an active Luminous ($39.99/mo), Glow, Radiance, or Elite plan
• Account in good standing — not past_due, suspended, or canceled
• Have read and agreed to this Agreement in full
• Have opted in through My Team in your dashboard

3 — Referral Code

• Upon opt-in, you receive one unique, system-generated code
• You cannot create, choose, or customize your code
• One code per account — no secondary or backup codes
• Your code is non-transferable and tied to your account only
• Your code is permanent for the duration of your enrollment period. If eligibility is lost and later regained, a new code is issued (see Section 7)

4 — How the Code Is Applied

• A new rep may enter your code at registration only
• Each new account may have only one referral code — ever. Once entered, it is permanently locked.
• First code entered wins — no overrides possible
• Codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing accounts
• Codes follow the referred rep through plan upgrades. A rep starting on Sparkle/Shine who upgrades to Luminous or above will trigger the credit at that point

5 — Reward Structure

5.1 How the Credit Works

• You earn a $3.00 (USD) bill credit for each qualifying referred rep — ONE TIME per rep, not monthly
• The credit triggers when the referred rep completes their SECOND monthly payment at Luminous or above
• No additional credit if the referred rep upgrades to a higher plan after credit has been paid
• No cap on referrals — unlimited

5.2 Credit Trigger Scenarios

5.3 When Credit Is NOT Paid

• No credit in the referred rep's first month
• No credit if rep cancels before month 2
• No credit if rep stays on Sparkle or Shine only
• No credit if your account is not in good standing when the credit would trigger

6 — Credit Redemption

• Credits accumulate in your Think Pink Connections balance
• Minimum $50.00 accumulated before credits can be applied to your bill
• Bill credit ONLY — no cash, check, or ACH payout option
• Balance carries forward indefinitely while account is active
• Balance is forfeited if account is permanently canceled

7 — Loss of Eligibility

You immediately lose eligibility if:

• Your plan is downgraded below Luminous (to Shine or Sparkle)
• Your account is canceled
• Your account enters past_due or suspended status
• You are promoted to Mary Kay^® Director title or above (you may then qualify for the Director Referral Program instead)

When eligibility is lost:

1. Your referral code is deactivated immediately
2. No new credits will be awarded, including for referred reps who have not yet reached month 2
3. Your accumulated credit balance is retained — you may redeem it if your account is reactivated

8 — Dashboard Privacy Rules

Your My Team dashboard shows:

• Referred rep's name
• Active or inactive status
• Whether the one-time $3 credit has been earned for each rep
• Your accumulated credit balance

9 — Program Rules & Restrictions

• This program applies to new registrations and qualifying plan upgrades only
• You may not incentivize reps to use your code through means outside this program
• You may not misrepresent Think Pink Connections or this program when sharing your code
• Think Pink Connections reserves the right to audit referral activity and withhold credits for fraudulent activity
• Think Pink Connections may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Butterfly Referral Program at any time with reasonable notice
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in Leon County, Florida courts.
